Refinery Tracker publishes a free recap every Monday. It covers refinery shutdowns, restarts, and capacity offline in barrels per day. Items come from public sources: the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), National Response Center (NRC) notices, operator statements, and news. A plant named in the recap links back to its page on this site.
What an issue contains
- The plants that shut down or restarted, with the operator and the place.
- Capacity offline in b/d when a public source states a number. If the source does not give a number, the issue does not invent one.
- The source for each item: an EIA report, an NRC notice, an operator statement, or a news report.
- A link back to that plant's page. The directory of plants is on Refineries.
The recap is free. You can unsubscribe any time.
